Shipping Policy
Please bear with us if we need to spend extra time checking/perfecting your items, especially during the peak season near the end of the year. Weekends and holidays are not included.
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days.
Delivery times with regular post:
Europe: 3-10 days
USA and Canada: 7-14 days
Rest of the world: 10-20 days
Delivery times with DHL Express:
Europe: 1-2 days
USA and Canada: 2-3 days
Rest of the world: 3-6 days

Customs and import taxes
Purchases made after 6 p.m. PT will be shipped the following business day. If you order after 6 p.m. PT on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
Tracking
We offer you the ability to track your order directly from our website. All you require is your tracking number.
If you don't know what your tracking number is follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to your order
- Click on the tracking number for the individual item, and you should be directed to the tracking package for that item.
